Brewsters Guest Experience

Brewsters will require reservations and/or a host to seat all guests, in order to adhere to social distancing regulations. Guests can only enter the facility once instructed by the Host/Management. We will also require customers to utilize face coverings when entering the facility and when away from their table. We have temporarily closed the Kids Play Area and Bocce Court for guest use. Board games, crayons or any other shared entertainment items will no longer be provided by Brewsters (although guests may bring in their own). 

Brewsters staff will frequently disinfect high-contact surfaces (e.g. point of sale terminals, counters, tables, restroom surfaces, etc.), as well as discontinue self-serve operations, such as water stations that require customers to use common utensils or dispensers. We will offer single use napkin/utensil roll-ups and ramekins for condiments, as well as implement single-use disposable menus. We are unable to allow outside dessert or outside wine to be brought in.

Brewsters has created traffic pathways to minimize physical interactions using floor arrows and other methods to clearly mark these pathways. Brewsters has also provided signage regarding physical distancing protocol at the facility and encourages guests to maintain a minimum six-foot distance from non-household members as much as practicable.

Brewsters will control physical distancing of people consuming food and beverage by limiting at-bar service, separating dining tables and restricting table use to keep parties separated from others by a minimum of six feet. We have created one-way aisles in higher traffic areas.

Brewsters Staff Protocol

Brewsters will verify employees' temperature to be below 100.00 degrees Fahrenheit prior to working their shift. Brewsters will require appropriate face coverings to be used by all employees and staff, and is verified upon entry to the workplace. Additionally, Brewsters requires all employees to conduct self-assessments using the SoCo COVID-19 application or approved alternative method. 

Brewsters will continue to communicate and educate employees and management to carry out COVID-19 mitigation plans and protocols. Brewsters will make hand sanitizer and other sanitation products available to all employees for the frequent cleaning of employee and customer work spaces. Brewsters staff will wipe down doors, handles, and surfaces on a very frequent basis and between customers. Brewsters will also provide training to employees on COVID-19 mitigation measures for customer-facing activities (e.g., cleaning and sanitizing standards, etc.). 

We have reduced employee interaction by minimizing overlapping shifts and scheduling groups of employees to work together frequently. We will also limit sharing of office supplies, tools, knives etc.
